Keith A. Grossman is a global leader at the intersection of media and technology. As President of MoonPay, he leads the company’s mission to bring digital assets and blockchain technology mainstream. Prior to joining MoonPay, Keith served as President of TIME, where he spearheaded the company’s transformation and its groundbreaking entry into Web3. Under his leadership, TIME’s Web3 strategy modernized the iconic brand, generating eight figures in profit and expanding from community-building initiatives to B2B partnerships. His vision also empowered numerous creators to evolve their unique IP into animated television series through TIME Studios. Before TIME, Keith was the Global Chief Revenue Officer at Bloomberg Media, overseeing growth across the company’s diverse media platforms. He played an instrumental role in launching QuickTake by Bloomberg, a 24/7 social and mobile news network designed for the next generation of global audiences. Earlier in his career, Keith was the Associate Publisher of WIRED and Ars Technica, where he earned two Project Isaac Awards for Best Digital Inventions for his pioneering work on the WIRED Tablet Edition and the Ars Accelerator program. Beyond his executive achievements, Keith is deeply committed to community impact. He serves on the Board of Directors of New York Cares, New York City’s largest volunteer network, and has chaired Stand With Students, the city’s leading initiative supporting Title I schools, since its inception in 2019. In 2025, he launched Crypto for Good, a first-of-its-kind initiative uniting the NYC crypto community to support Stand With Students. Keith has also shared his expertise in academia, previously serving as an Adjunct Professor at NYU and guest lecturing at MIT, Yale, and Cornell, where he has taught about the evolving crypto and blockchain landscape. He is a graduate of Cornell University, where he earned a degree in Government.

Giovanni Sanna is Co-Founder of Kleos, a next-generation neobank that integrates regulated banking infrastructure with non-custodial digital asset architecture. His background spans investment banking, venture capital, and regulated fintech, with experience across FCA-regulated institutions in the UK, as well as startup and digital asset ventures across Europe. He has been involved in building and scaling companies across payments, asset management, and blockchain. He also attended the entrepreneurship Institute at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is currently focused on one idea: capital markets are moving on-chain, and the next generation of financial products will be programmable, non-custodial, globally accessible, and seamlessly connected to real-world spending.

Product Manager at Trezor, leading Connect and firmware. Responsible for the software stack across all TREZOR products: from cryptography and core features to UI. Focus is on building and evolving the most trusted hardware wallet in the world.

Chiara El Rikabi is a finance professional with over a decade of experience. She currently holds the position of Director – Head of Italy & Ticino at 21Shares, a leading company in cryptocurrency Exchange-Traded Products (ETPs). In her role, she focuses on managing client relationships in the Southern European region, particularly in Italy and Switzerland's Canton Ticino, to meet the growing demand for cryptocurrencies and related products. Prior to joining 21Shares, Chiara gained significant experience in financial information and sales.

Experienced across credit factoring, and NPL investments, with a particular focus on real estate-backed distressed assets. Lived and worked in the United States, where he contributed to the Nasdaq listing of a micromobility company. Also developed solid expertise in structured products, including certificates, AMCs, and related investment solutions.

Dayana leads social and new media strategy at WalletConnect, the connectivity layer of onchain finance. With 11+ years in media and traditional finance (Bank of America), she's excited to bring storytelling and taste to the crypto space as we go mainstream.

Carlo De Luca Gabrielli is Senior Director of Partnerships at MoonPay, where he leads strategic partnership initiatives to expand global access to digital assets. Key focus areas include building and scaling enterprise relationships across crypto, fintech, and traditional financial institutions, helping partners integrate compliant, scalable fiat-to-crypto and stablecoin infrastructure. Carlo brings nearly a decade of experience spanning traditional finance and crypto-native payments. Prior to MoonPay, he held leadership roles at Transak, where he spearheaded international sales strategy and enterprise expansion. Carlo built his foundation in financial markets at Bloomberg LP in London, where he partnered with asset managers, banks, and institutional investors to deploy portfolio analytics and index solutions. There, he developed a deep understanding of institutional workflows, capital markets infrastructure, and data-driven decision making. Carlo began his career in consulting at KPMG. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics & Strategy for Business from Imperial College London and a First-Class Honours BSc in Economics & Management from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Maria Magenes is a seasoned Web3 strategist and community builder, active in the DeFi and Ethereum ecosystem since 2018. She currently serves as VP of Strategy at Hype. Her Web3 journey began as Head of Marketing at ETHLend (now Aave), followed by impactful roles at MakerDAO, Balancer, and other top DeFi protocols. Prior to crypto, Maria worked in strategy at McKinsey & Co and Sky TV in Italy. In 2021, she co-founded SpaghettETH, Italy’s Ethereum community, to drive grassroots education and connection. She also mentors early-stage Web3 projects and remains deeply engaged in growing the DeFi and Ethereum ecosystem. She was part of Italy’s Forbes Under30 in 2022

Huf is the Founder of Pear Protocol. Pear Protocol is the home of long/short trading. He has 10+ years experience working on the trading floor at various investment banks in London. He has also managed a crypto hedge fund specialising in vol and pair trading.

Crypto since 2017, now working at Binance focusing on Italy.

Filippo is Research Lead at Dune, where he builds original on-chain datasets and translates blockchain data into research and insights for institutional and enterprise audiences.

At Trust Wallet, Nick leads strategic initiatives and ecosystem partnerships that are central to the platform’s growth and user experience. His work spans key areas such as DeFi integrations, fiat on/off-ramps, MEV mitigation, and core infrastructure partnerships — all aimed at making crypto more accessible, secure, and scalable for millions of users globally. He collaborates cross-functionally with product, security, engineering, and marketing teams to drive innovation at the intersection of user experience and blockchain technology. With a focus on turning code into real-world utility, Nick is helping shape the future of self-custody wallets as financial powerhouses.
